Some items in our store may be offered as pre-orders. This cancellation policy explains how to modify or cancel this type of purchase.
Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying a product that is out of stock or will soon be available. We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at the time of ordering, register your payment method and then make the full payment or the remaining payment at a later date.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been processed. If the order has been processed, you cannot cancel it, but you can request a full and partial refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
